Covered by black crust, this cheese seems to be surrounded by volcanic gravel instead of the usual black pepper. A true protagonist of the cheese board.
Firm on the outside, delicate on the inside: an unbeatable mix. Served with a good Sicilian wine, it will become a real delight for the palate.
