A truly unique product: visually characterised by an original crust of intense yellow colour, and the aroma of the precious spice: saffron. All combined with a hint of spiciness thanks to the black peppercorns scattered throughout the pasta.

We suggest having the saffron cheese as an appetizer accompanied by one of the renowned wines of Castiglione di Sicilia: Nero d’Avola or Nerello Mascalese.
