The production tradition of this excellent cheese was born in the area of the Nebrodi mountains, and then expanded into other areas, and is, therefore, produced with great success in two variants: fresh and seasoned.

Fresh provola cheese with its characteristic, yet delicate, flavour pairs perfectly with a simple slice of fresh bread.
