Don Fefè represents the nectar of the selection of the best olives of central and eastern Sicily, harvested by hand from 20 to 30 October. It is born from Nocellara Etnea, Nocellara del Belice and Moresca. Cold extraction within 12 hours of collection, immediately filtered and preserved in stainless steel containers, at a controlled temperature and in the absence of oxygen.
